  My family and I visited Jerome Olive Oil Traders on vacation and met tasting room specialist Bob Hart, who is fantastic all the way around! Not only was he professional and courteous but he was also patient and very knowledgeable about all of their products. He took his time to let me sample different oil and vinegar pairing recipes, which were outstanding. We ran into a problem with the store machine but he was able to resolve it with charm and grace very quickly. We will definitely be back next year and I'll be buying some oils online from their website in-between. Great products and excellent customer service!
